Welcome To The Perpetual Preschool
The Original Online Lesson Plan and Curriculum Resource
For twenty years, we have provided teachers and parents with over 50,000 free daily preschool themes, curriculum, preschool lesson plans, and online workshops to further early childhood education.
For over 30 years, Daylene has been involved in the education of young children. Being inspired by her grandmother and kindergarten teacher, she decided to study child development for both her college and masters degree programs. She has taught pre-k children professionally and as a volunteer. She has also taught online ECE courses and workshops since 1998.
Way Back When…
In 1997, Daylene became tired of the high cost of purchasing preschool curriculum books to create her preschool lesson plans. Armed with an ancient computer, she locked herself in a room and learned how to create a website. Three months later our website was born.
Online Preschool Lesson Plans & Preschool Curriculum
The First of Its Kind
Early childhood educators could find and share curriculum ideas and preschool lesson plans that worked in their classroom for free. Finally, everything from apple songs to zipper science ideas could be found in one place.
The ancient Greek poet Aeschylus said it best “From a small seed a mighty trunk may grow.”
How Much Does It Cost?
Our preschool curriculum will always be free. The only payment asked is to pay it forward by sharing ideas that you use in your classroom.
Sharing your thoughts are easy! Under each topic, there is a link that says “leave a comment”. Click away and share your classroom expertise with others.
In addition to the free curriculum ideas, our online workshops were developed in 1998. We offer 16 classes for early childhood professionals. All of the workshops are cost effective at $16.00 each. They are all self-study and will never expire.
