Tea Party Songs

Sing I’m a little tea pot first.

Here’s a cup, and here’s a cup and here’s a pot of tea.
Pour a cup, pour a cup. One for mommy and one for me. (Use your hands to do the actions).

My theme for the first week of school is Tea Party. We learn the song “Getting to Know You” from “The King and I” emphasizing the line, “you are precisely – my cup of tea.”

Sing or recite the nursery rhyme, “Polly Put the Kettle On.”

I’m a little teapot, Short and stout. Here is my handle, Here is my spout. When I get all steamed up- Then I shout, Just tip me over and- Pour me out.
