Energy Nibbles

We make these to have on our sports day. Mix all ingredients together and put into plastic cups that are the same as your school sport houses or wrap in colored cellophane. Use whatever ingredients you like- cereals (Nutri-grain, puffed wheat, fruit loops), sultanas, jelly beans, mini marshmallows, chopped dried fruit.


In honor of the Super Bowl favorite, we make Chex Mix during our Sports Unit.


Have a sports bar and drink tasting party!

Buy several different kinds of sport bars and drinks. You can find a GREAT variety at your local health food store or Trader Joes. Taste the different kinds of sports food. Find out which ones the children like, or don’t like. Graph the results.
