ONE LITTLE BABY

One little baby as sleep on the hay. Two loving parents keep watch while they pray. Three wise men traveled on camels to find. One Little Baby – Your Jesus and mine.

Song: A Savior Born To the tune of “Bingo”

A Savior born on Christmas Day, And Jesus is His name-o.
J-E-S-U-S, J-E-S-U-S, J-E-S-U-S,
And Jesus is His name-o.
Wise men still seek Him today, And Jesus is His name-o.
J-E-S-U-S, J-E-S-U-S, J-E-S-U-S,
And Jesus is His name-o.

Happy Birthday Jesus

Happy Birthday Jesus
Happy Birthday to the Lord
Happy Birthday Happy Birthday
Happy Birthday to the Lord.

Got this idea off the Internet. We will be using it in our Christmas program. Kids love it and are learning it with record speed. It is a finger play.

Clop, clop, clop went the donkey’s feet. Clop, clop, clop down the stony street.

Nod, nod, nod went Mary’s head. She was so tired. She needed a bed.

Knock, knock, knock went Joseph at the door. Do you have room for anyone more?

No, no, no the innkeeper said. We don’t even have one more bed.

Wait, wait, wait the innkeeper said. You can use my stable for a bed.

Sh, sh, sh what is that I hear?’ The cry of baby Jesus oh so dear.

  1. We little snowmen, so colorful and bright
are here to say thank you with all our might.
We not only have a nice place to play we get to learn about God and we get to pray.
Our teachers are so sweet and they really do care even though they ask us to clean up and they ask us to share.
Today we are learning about snow and winter.
Oh what fun we have at this center.
So if you need a friend, a friend in deed come to our room and you will see.
