Monster Snacks
•
10-30-00MONSTER TOAST 1. Make the "paint" by adding food coloring to a glass of milk. 2. Have each child paint a monster onto a piece of bread using a new, clean paint brush. 3. Pop the bread in the toaster and see the colors get brighter. 4. Eat the toast, and see who is BRAVE ENOUGH to "drink" the paint! ( There is really no need to let the child know that they are actually drinking their milk!)
10-30-00I saw this idea in a crafting letter. If you have a star cookie/ mini cake mold try this. Using cocoa crispies make rice crispy treats and press into the molds. While they are setting press in small pieces of candy to make a monster face on one point, the other points are the arms and legs. |
