Chocolate Heath Bar Matza

This is really good!!!!!!!!

1/2 lb. Matza 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup brown sugar chocolate chips

-melt brown sugar with margarine in saucepan; boil until mixture coats a spoon – line a cookie sheet with foil and lay Matza on pan, brush with brown sugar mixture -bake for 3-4 minutes ( watch closely-it burns easily!!!)until it starts to bubble -cover with choc chips and put back in the oven until the chips start to melt -spread the chocolate to cover the matza -freeze until hard, then break into pieces – option- sprinkle chopped nuts on top

It tastes like a Heath Bar -Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Matzah Brie-2 pieces of matzah, eggs, milk, cinnamon and sugar Mix eggs, milk cinnamon and sugar in a bowl, soak pieces of matzah in the mixture and then fry in pan like French toast.

We make chocolate covered matzah. We melt margarine and tollhouse chocolate chips and the children cover the matzah using a spoon to spread it. refrigerate and enjoy.

Matzo Pizza! We love to coat Matzos with tomato sauce and cheese, then we add the veggies of our choice. A quick trip to the oven and you have a delicious snack or meal.
