Another idea to use for Deborah's Aquarium Snack Cups is to substitute Dole's pineapple that comes in fish shapes. They also have stars and moons for Day 4.

Day 1 - Oreo cookies and milk for light and dark. Or chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting and vice versa. Day 2 - Marshmallows and water for sky and water. Day 3 - Dirt cups (Chocolate pudding with crushed Oreos mixed in) and water for land and seas. Or fruits and veggies for the plants. Day 4 - Cheese and crackers for the moon and planets. Day 5 - Fish crackers and/or Bird's nest cookies. Day 6 - Animal crackers and/or Gingerbread men cookies. Day 7 - Sundaes for rest.

Cloudy sky

Materials needed: two large boxes of blue gelatin, one container of ready-made whipped topping, a 9'x13' glass baking dish, a knife, a serving spoon, paper plates, small plastic spoons.

Directions: Make the gelatin as directed on the package. Pour it into the baking dish. Refrigerate until set. Cut the gelatin into squares and put one square on each plate. Give each child a spoon and a plate of gelatin. Have the children use the serving spoon to put a cloud of whipped topping on their blue gelatin sky. These clouds are good enough to eat!

Church Windows

Materials needed: one 12oz. package of chocolate chips , one stick of margarine, one 10 1/2oz. package of colored mini-marshmallows, one cup of chopped walnuts (optional), one 7 oz. package of coconut (optional), wax paper, a large pan

Directions: Melt the chocolate chips and margarine. Cool slightly. Add the marshmallows and nuts, stirring until well coated. Divide the dough into four parts. Place each part on a sheet of wax paper sprinkled with coconut. Use the wax paper to roll the dough into a log shape, wrapping the log in the papers as you go. Refrigerate until firm and then slice into circles.

Aquarium Snack Cups 1 package (4-serving size) blue gelatin 3/4 cup boiling water 1/2 cup cold water ice cubes gummy fish 4 clear plastic cups

Directions: Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups ice and waters. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Pour thickened gelatin into four clear plastic cups. Suspend gummy fish in gelatin. Refrigerate until set, about one hour. Makes four servings.
