Carrot Art

Using white paper and orange paint, you cut large carrots into 3″ chunks and have the children dip the chunks into the paint and dot onto the paper

I cut out large shapes of carrots and let the kids tear up orange paper and glue to the carrot shape, then they added green Easter grass at the top for the green part of the carrot.

I cut out large shapes of carrots (2 for each child. They stapled them (or you can) and stuffed them with newspaper, stapled shut and then painted them orange. Once they were dry they cut up scrap green construction paper and glued to the top…they really were cute!
